Analyst Assessment: โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜… (1.0 / 5.0)

Provisional editorial rating, last verified 31 October 2026, based on seven years of dormant filings, a live strike-off notice, no SEC or FCA registration despite both being implied, a token priced at $5.96 billion on a $300 order book, "audit" documents that are private contracts, and backing arithmetic that exceeds all gold ever mined by a factor of roughly 4,500.

UK Financial Ltd Review: A Quadrillion-Dollar Treasury and Dormant Accounts

ukfinancialltd.com sells gold-backed crypto tokens. Its homepage carries a treasury balance of $261,090,000,000,000,000 โ€” 261 quadrillion โ€” a CoinMarketCap "99.1" rating, and the line "no executive token sales or salaries in 8 years."

The UK company behind it, U.K. FINANCIAL LTD, has filed dormant accounts for every single year since incorporation. Dormant means no material accounting transactions: no turnover, no assets on the balance sheet, no employees. The two facts are hard to hold together.

On 27 October 2026 โ€” three days before this review โ€” Companies House published a First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off. It is the fourth since October 2024. The confirmation statement due 31 July 2026 has still not been filed. We rate the site a provisional 1.0/5.0.

๐Ÿšฉ Key Red Flags About ukfinancialltd.com

1. The company is dormant โ€” and repeatedly nearly dissolved

Every accounts filing on the public record for company 11471823 is a two-page "accounts for a dormant company." 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025. There is no profit and loss account, no balance sheet detail, no auditor.

That is not automatically fatal โ€” a dormant UK shell can front an active offshore group. But it means the entity presented as the parent of a global digital asset ecosystem has never reported a single pound of revenue or one asset of gold on its own statutory accounts.

It also quietly undercuts the "no salaries in 8 years" boast. A dormant company is not paying salaries, so the claim is closer to a description of dormancy than a display of discipline.

The strike-off pattern is worse. Gazette notices were issued on 8 October 2024, 1 July 2025, 2 December 2025 and 27 October 2026. Each time, a late filing stopped the clock. A company four strike-off notices deep in two years is being held open, not run.

2. "SEC compliant" and "SEC approval" โ€” but zero SEC filings exist

The homepage runs a tile headed "SEC Approvals" and the site refers throughout to "SEC Security Token Filing," "SEC-compliant" and "SEC-ready."

A full-text search of EDGAR for "Maya Preferred" โ€” the token brand โ€” returns zero results. Not a Form D, not a Form C, not an S-1, not a filing in progress. There is no UK Financial Ltd filer on EDGAR.

ERC-3643, the token standard cited, is a technical standard for permissioned tokens. It is not an SEC approval and confers no regulatory status. The site's framing lets the reader infer both.

Also unverified: the "Delaware incorporation approval" and "two active U.S. business licenses" announced in December 2025. Delaware incorporation is a filing, not an approval, and no state licence number is published anywhere.

3. The "audits" are not audits

The site links eleven "Audit Reports." The first, presented as the foundational document, is a participation partnership agreement โ€” a private revenue-share contract between James Dahlke and unnamed Mexican counterparties, with personal data omitted "for privacy."

The notary certification at the foot is not a notarisation of the agreement. It certifies a photocopy, and states in terms that the notary did not see the parties or the act, and does not vouch for "its authenticity, validity or legality."

No named accounting firm, geology consultancy or valuation house signs any of the eleven documents. Nothing in the set is a financial audit, a reserve audit, or a proof-of-reserves attestation. The word "audit" is doing work the documents do not.

4. The gold backing is contractually left in the ground

The mine appendices are letters of commitment in which each owner promises, for the life of the token, not to exploit any mineral in the named concessions and to preserve them "in optimal conditions."

So the backing is not bullion, not an allocated vault, and not a stream. It is undeveloped in-situ geology in ten small Mexican concessions, some of which the company also says are being worked. There is no independent reserve statement, no JORC or NI 43-101 report, and no reconciliation between tonnes of rock and tokens issued.

What the site does quantify is small. It cites sampling of 6.8 g/t gold and 146 g/t silver over 35 m, defining "approximately 9,000 tons of high-grade ore." Run the numbers at current metals prices and that is roughly $10 million of defined metal. The claimed backing is $125 quadrillion at 21 million tokens. The sampled ore supports about one part in twelve billion of the claim.

5. The price is set on an order book about $300 deep

MPRA is quoted at $5,961,385,676 per token. Every quote originates from a single small exchange, Catex.io, where the visible book runs in clips of 0.0000001 MPRA โ€” roughly $600 per level โ€” and the entire bid side totals a few hundred dollars.

A $5.9 billion asset whose price can be moved by $300 of selling is not a market price. It is a quotation.

The holder base is 97 addresses on Etherscan. Two wallets hold 99.5% of supply โ€” one labelled corporate assets at 77.5%, one labelled treasury vault at 22%. Roughly 95 members of the public hold the remaining half of one percent.

CoinMarketCap ranks it #4,039 with market cap "not available" because circulating supply is unverified. The site's "99.1 CoinMarketCap rating" sits next to a token CMC cannot rank.

6. Supply numbers contradict each other three ways

On-chain total supply is 200,000,000. The contract retains an owner-only mint() function and a pause() switch, and no contract security audit has been submitted to Etherscan.

In October 2025 the company announced an "88.5% token supply reduction." 88.5% of 200 million is 172 million. Yet total supply on Etherscan today is still 200,000,000 and no corresponding burn is reflected โ€” the reduction is applied through a UI multiplier that rescales displayed balances rather than removing tokens.

Separately the site claims "under 1,000,000 tokens" circulating and "21 million MPRA tokens backed" by gold. If only a million circulate, the 21 million figure describes something other than float. The three numbers never reconcile in one place.

7. The treasury figure is 1.9ร— the quantity it claims to describe

The vault is displayed at $261.09Q. The footnote beneath it says the value "reflects the 23 million MPRA tokens pledged" for the wrapped token. At the quoted price, 23 million is $137.1Q, not $261.09Q. The headline number is the whole 44 million vault, roughly 1.9 times the quantity the caption names.

The "wrapped" token is the circular part. WMPRA is pegged 1:1 to MPRA and "backed" by 23 million MPRA held in a company address. No new asset enters. It is a second claim on the same tokens, valued by the same quote from the same exchange.

And the backing sits in an ordinary company wallet, not in the wrapper contract where a wrapper's collateral belongs. "Irrevocable" is an ENS domain name, not a trust deed โ€” and the sole person with significant control can sign from it.

The two official sites disagree on the same day: mayapreferred.io marks WMPRA "Coming Soon"; ukfinancialltd.com marks it "Live" with a price.

8. The arithmetic exceeds the planet

For a $5.96 billion token to be genuinely gold-backed, each token would need roughly 46 tonnes of gold. Across 21 million tokens that is about 970 million tonnes. All the gold ever mined is around 216,000 tonnes.

MPRA's implied backing is therefore in the region of 4,500 times every ounce of gold in human history. At full 200 million supply the claimed market capitalisation is $1.19 quintillion โ€” some 2,400 times total global household wealth.

Those are not impossible figures. They are figures no reserve report has yet been produced to justify, and that gap is the whole story of this site.

Smaller issues worth noting

The company number is never published on the site; the 2019 agreement instead cites the postcode "EC1V2NX" as its "legal registration." The registered office moved in December 2025 from Kemp House, 160 City Road to 128 City Road โ€” both bulk-registration buildings used by tens of thousands of companies. Both directors' identity verification fell due on 31 July 2026 and is outstanding. The site advertises seven executives; only two are officers of record. The retirement product claims 400,000ร— leverage and a 1% monthly payout, with no worked example of what happens when the quote moves. The $1,000,000 contest prize, at the stated price, is 0.0001677 of a single token. Coverage is almost entirely paid syndication across PRLog, GlobeNewswire and a farm of near-identical "crypto news" domains that republish the same text verbatim.

Is ukfinancialltd.com Safe to Use?

It is a real, operating marketing operation attached to a real UK company with a real, if empty, filing history. It is not an anonymous clone. The problem is not existence โ€” it is that almost every credibility signal on the site resolves to something weaker than it appears once checked.

"London headquarters" resolves to a mail-forwarding address. "SEC compliant" resolves to no filing. "Audits" resolve to private contracts. "Gold-backed" resolves to unexploited concessions with a notarised photocopy. "Live" resolves to a token that trades in hundred-dollar clips between two company wallets.

Treat the headline valuations as self-assessed, not market-established. If the quoted price is the reason for buying, understand that you are buying at a number the seller sets on an exchange with almost no depth.

๐Ÿ“ˆ What Would Change Our Rating

This is a provisional rating on evidence available 31 October 2026. Most of the following is cheap for the company to fix, which is precisely why its absence is informative:

  • File the overdue confirmation statement and clear the strike-off
  • File non-dormant accounts showing the treasury and the gold as balance-sheet assets
  • Publish the UK company number on the site
  • Point to an actual EDGAR filer page, or drop the SEC wording
  • Commission a named, independent reserve or valuation report on the concessions
  • Reconcile circulating supply to a single published figure
  • Correct the treasury footnote or the figure it describes
  • Publish a signed wallet snapshot and turnout for the governance votes

Clearing the corporate filings alone would move this review. The valuation questions need documents, not statements.

โญ Analyst Conclusion

We assign ukfinancialltd.com a provisional 1.0/5.0 because the gap between the presented scale and the verifiable record is unusually wide, and because the entity carrying the brand has been dormant since it was formed and is currently days from dissolution.

The single most damaging finding is the dormant filing history sitting underneath a $261 quadrillion treasury display. A company that has never reported a revenue line is asserting a valuation larger than global wealth, on an order book a few hundred dollars deep, backed by ore nobody has independently measured.

The findings justify a high-risk assessment. They are not proof of fraud, and nothing here shows the company failing to honour an obligation โ€” only that its claims outrun its evidence by several orders of magnitude.

โ“ ukfinancialltd.com FAQ

Is ukfinancialltd.com legit?

It is a real UK-registered company (11471823) running a real marketing operation. But it files dormant accounts annually, has no SEC or FCA registration, and its flagship token has 97 holders. Provisional rating: 1.0/5.0.

Is UK Financial Ltd regulated?

No financial authorisation was found on the FCA register, and no SEC filing exists on EDGAR. The company is a plain UK private limited company, SIC 66110, not an authorised firm.

Is the MPRA token really worth $5.9 billion?

That is the quoted price on one small exchange, with an order book a few hundred dollars deep and two wallets holding 99.5% of supply. CoinMarketCap ranks it #4,039 with market cap unavailable. Treat the figure as self-assessed.

Is the gold backing real?

Ten small Mexican concessions are named and their owners signed letters promising not to mine them. There is no independent reserve report and no bullion. The one quantified sample works out to roughly $10 million of metal against a claim in the quadrillions.

Is my money at risk?

High risk pending verification. Confirm the contracting entity, where the backing is actually held, and how you exit โ€” the exit is the weak point when depth is this thin.

How this review was built

Every article on this site runs a fixed four-stage process. 1. Primary data ingestion โ€” company registries (Companies House, EDGAR), blockchain explorers, exchange order books and WHOIS, pulled directly rather than from aggregators. 2. Uniqueness check โ€” prose is written from the raw data, not paraphrased from other reviews, and held above a 50% uniqueness threshold. 3. Human editorial review โ€” an editor adds the arithmetic and the cross-references: here, the gold-per-token calculation, the treasury footnote mismatch and the dormant-filing contradiction. 4. Publish. The number in the rating is the editor's, not a template's.

This review separates company claims from independently verified facts. The dormant filing history, strike-off notices, holder concentration, order-book depth, CMC rank and absence of SEC filings are drawn from primary records dated on or before 31 October 2026. The gold-tonnage comparison is our own calculation at an assumed $4,000/oz and is illustrative. A dormant company is not proof of insolvency, and an unverified valuation is not proof of fraud. Provisional rating, subject to revision.

Corrections, Right of Reply and Re-Reviews

This rating is provisional and reflects the evidence available on the date shown. It is revised when new evidence emerges.

Corrections are published once verified. A rating revision follows the evidence, not the request โ€” which is why a firm that clears the filing items listed above can genuinely move this review.
